TOKYO, Japan, July 31, 2018― Renesas Electronics Corporation (“Renesas”, TSE: 6723), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, today announced it has finalized the undetermined items of the stock acquisition rights to be issued as stock options in accordance with the resolution of the Meeting of Board of Directors held on June 27, 2018, as follows.

  1. Name of stock acquisition rights: Renesas Electronics Corporation Stock Options for FY2018 (Series No.3)
  2. Total number of stock acquisition rights: 3,037
  3. Amount to be paid in exchange for stock acquisition rights:
    99,500 yen per one stock acquisition right (995 yen per share)
  4. Persons eligible for the allotment of stock acquisition rights, the number of persons and the number of stock acquisition rights to be allotted:
    3,037 stock acquisition rights will be granted to 257 employees of Renesas and 49 employees of Renesas subsidiaries located in Japan.
