The BCR6CM-12LB 600V, 6A Triac for medium power use offers a 1.5V gate trigger voltage, 30mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C, and can be used for power supply, motor control, heater control, and other general-purpose AC control applications.
