Overview
Description
The RAA211403 is a tiny, easy-to-use, ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) buck regulators with wide input voltage range of 7V to 40V, up to 300mA output current with fixed 3.3V output.
The device offers comprehensive protections, including VIN UVLO, VOUT OVP, overcurrent, and over-temperature protections.
The device comes in a TSOT23-5 package.

- Up to 300mA output current
- IQ = 4μA at 40V, at no load conditions, switching
- IQ = 2.5μA at 40V at no load and no switching conditions
- Fixed 3.3V VOUT
- Minimum on-time of 75ns
- Variable frequency operation, frequency programmed by external inductor (4.7μH to 15μH)
- Pre-bias, monotonic, and smooth start-up
- Protections: Overcurrent (OC) Limit, input Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO), Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), output Overvoltage Protection (OVP)
- Accurate EN threshold
- Package: TSOT23-5 (2.9 mm × 1.63 mm)
