RAA211405は、7V～40Vの広い入力電圧範囲と、5V固定出力で最大300mAの出力電流を持つ、小型で使いやすい超低静止電流（IQ）降圧レギュレータです。
このデバイスは、VIN UVLO、VOUT OVP、過電流保護、過熱保護などの包括的な保護機能を備えており、TSOT23-5パッケージで提供されます。
